2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer worldwide shipping with the following estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer’s responsibility.

Orvanni is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.


5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orvanniwatches@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will assist you in filing a claim or sending a replacement, depending on the situation.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some remote locations may have extended delivery times.
